    L’IRT Jules Verne et le CNRS annoncent le lancement du projet européen FASTKIT

    L’objectif du projet de recherche FASTKIT est de développer une solution robotique polyvalente et à faible coût pour la logistique, en utilisant une combinaison unique d’un robot mobile et d’un robot parallèle à câbles.

    FASTKIT, une réponse aux besoins des industriels Depuis quelques années, des solutions techniques automatisées de préparation de commandes émergent dans l’industrie, notamment dans les secteurs de la production de biens ou de la logistique. Le robot développé dans le cadre du projet FASTKIT est une nouvelle solution technique qui apportera plus de souplesse et de polyvalence par rapport aux solutions existantes.

    La technologie développée répondra à un besoin industriel pour les opérations de logistique dans des installations de stockage existantes. Facile à installer, cette nouvelle solution maintiendra les infrastructures existantes et couvrira de grandes surfaces.

    Elle peut trouver son application dans les industries où les pièces doivent être préparées comme l'industrie de la logistique, mais également dans les industries de détail, de l'automobile ou de l'aéronautique. En effet, pour l'automatisation de la préparation des pièces, un algorithme de captation et des manipulateurs spécifiques doivent être mis au point. Pour que la solution FASTKIT soit viable sur le marché, elle devra s'adapter aux besoins de plusieurs industries.
